Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.

If you need to, you can cancel your order. Cancellation must be requested prior to dispatch, which occurs between 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of payment. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the order to be received and follow the steps outlined in our exchange and return policy.
