This website is operated by the Beatriz Pacheco brand. The terms and conditions, described below, apply to all orders for items placed on it. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By using our website and / or placing your order, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions, including the policies referenced here.

ONLINE STORE TERMS


By placing an order on the Beatriz Pacheco brand, you declare that you are of the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of age in your state or province of residence and that you have given us consent for any minors in your dependency use this website and accept these terms and conditions that apply to all products on the website www.beatrizpachecobrand.com.

The Beatriz Pacheco brand can, at any time, change, in whole or in part, the terms and conditions mentioned here. The customer will not be able to use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor will he be able to change the content of the service or send messages that contain computer viruses, or that may cause any other damages.

PRODUCTS


Products available at www.beatrizpachecobrand.com may have limited quantities and are subject to exchanges and returns in accordance with our exchange and return policy.
We did everything possible to display the colors and images of the store's products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer monitor is accurate.
The non-availability of a product in the online store does not mean that a product is out of stock, and may be available through another distribution channel of the brand.
All product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
The price in the product description does not include shipping costs. The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which the respective shipping costs are added. The price of the products, the value of the VAT and the cost of shipping are duly detailed before the final validation phase of the purchase. Any other costs resulting from sending orders abroad, namely customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.


ORDERING INFORMATION

You agree to provide updated, complete and accurate information to process your purchases at the Beatriz Pacheco online store. The ordering of products is made by placing them in the shopping basket, filling in the billing and shipping data, and finalizing it using the available payment methods.
You can cancel your order by doing so by email contact@beatrizpachecobrand.com, within 24 hours of confirmation. In order to process the cancellation request, we need the order number and the customer's name.
The Beatriz Pacheco brand reserves the right to cancel any order that it is unable to verify or process.

Payments can be made through Paypal, credit card or bank transfer.

If you choose to make the payment via bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the payment is confirmed and validated in our bank account. If you have difficulty with payment, contact us via email contact@beatrizpachecobrand.com.

DELIVERY POLICY


There are delivery charges that will be shown during the ordering process. In mainland Portugal, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days. In the European Union, the delivery time can vary between 3 to 7 working days. Deliveries to the rest of Europe and other countries may vary according to destination, shipping time and customs processing; however, delivery between 5 and 10 working days is estimated.
Deliveries made outside the countries of the European Union - the import or sales tax applicable in your country will be paid by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.
The Beatriz Pacheco brand sends orders from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not ship.


ATTENTION
The Beatriz Pacheco brand is not responsible for delays in the shipment of your orders caused by weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond its control.

CANCELLATION POLICY


You can cancel your order, if cancellation is requested before shipping, which occurs between 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of payment. In this situation, the customer will be reimbursed through the payment method used. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the order to be received and follow the steps outlined in our exchange and return policy.
For cancellations, contact us via email contact@beatrizpachecobrand.com indicating your name, order number and reason for cancellation.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by all the respective components inside it.
Please, to make exchanges / returns follow the instructions. Send us an email to contact@beatrizpachecobrand.com with the following information.
* Name
* Order number
* Full shipping address
* Reference of the model to be returned
* Reason for return
* Model and size you would like to exchange for (in case of exchange)


The Beatriz Pacheco brand team will contact you to authorize the exchange / return and will ask you for the necessary information for this purpose.


Please note that in Continental Portugal, only the first return / exchange is free. In other countries, the cost of shipping the product for the Beatriz Pacheco brand will be borne by the customer. The customer will be able to choose the return method that is most convenient for him. We always recommend that you use a secure / tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged orders.

Upon receipt of the returned order, verified and validated to its excellent condition, the Beatriz Pacheco brand assumes the responsibility of exchanging the item or refunding it through the payment method used by the customer. Please note that postage as well as customs duties and taxes on international sales are non-refundable.
In cases where a product is found to be defective, the Beatriz Pacheco brand will assume the entire cost of return / exchange, regardless of the country of delivery of the order.
The Beatriz Pacheco brand is not responsible for the cost of shipping and return, if applicable, of orders returned for multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address, or refusal.

ATTENTION

Return / exchange of products that do not meet the required conditions will not be accepted. These will be automatically forwarded to the sender's address.

CLAIMS

The Beatriz Pacheco brand responds to all customer complaints or doubts within 5 working days.

 

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may apply depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

NOTICE
The Beatriz Pacheco brand is closed for the Christmas Parties from December 21st to January 3rd.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICES

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the terms of the service when posting updates and / or changes to the site. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check our website in order to find out about any changes.
