EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Your satisfaction comes first.

 

As such, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can refund or exchange it.

Please note that the Beatriz Pacheco brand does not accept used items for exchange. We recommend the utmost care when trying them on so that they are in perfect condition.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS PROCEDURE

 

The customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the product to return it. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by all the respective components inside.

Please, for exchanges/returns follow the instructions below.

 

Send us an email to  contact@beatrizpachecobrand. com with the following information.

  • Name

  • order number

  • full shipping address

  • Model reference to return

  • reason for return

  • Model and size you would like to exchange (in case of exchange)

We kindly ask that you keep the outer shipping box, as well as the shipping note (affixed on the outside of it) until you are sure that you will not need to make an exchange.

The Beatriz Pacheco brand team will contact you to authorize the exchange / return and will ask you for the necessary information in order to make this process as simple and brief as possible.

 

CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL

In mainland Portugal, only the first return / exchange is free.

 

REMAINING COUNTRIES

In other countries, the cost of sending the product back to the Beatriz Pacheco brand will be borne by the customer. The customer will be able to choose the return method that is most convenient for him. We always recommend using a secure/tracking method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Upon receipt of the returned order, its excellent condition being verified and validated, the Beatriz Pacheco brand assumes responsibility for exchanging the item or refunding it through the payment method used by the customer. Please note that shipping charges, customs duties and international sales tax are non-refundable.

 

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where a product is considered defective, the Beatriz Pacheco brand will assume all the cost of return / exchange.

 

ATTENTION:

The return / exchange of products that do not meet the required conditions will not be accepted. These will be automatically resent to the sender's address.
