As such, the Beatriz Pacheco brand calls for special attention to this issue, as it is not advisable to use our products on difficult or very uneven floors.

We ask that you return all the care and love with which these were produced, in the way you use them.

All materials used in footwear can undergo irreversible changes with humidity, salt, atmospheric agents in general.

We therefore ask that you avoid and take special care with rain, direct contact with a lot of heat, grease, any materials that can transfer color pigments, oils, alcohol and solvents or other abrasive products.

All the materials used in our products can also suffer permanent damage if exposed to the aforementioned elements. Bad handling of parts can cause wear.

Whenever you are not using our products, we advise you to store them in the cloth bag provided, to avoid dust accumulation.

To clean and maintain our products, please only use a slightly damp cloth and then a dry one, or a shoe brush, avoiding any cleaning chemicals.

The Beatriz Pacheco brand cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by deterioration, modification and incorrect handling of our products.

To define more precisely which shoe size to choose, the brand Beatriz Pacheco advises you to measure your foot.

The most correct way to do this is to measure from heel to toe at the end of the day, as feet usually tend to swell due to heat and daily activity.

Our suggestion for an easier and more accurate measurement is to place a sheet of paper under your foot, tangent to a wall.

With your heel resting against the end of it, mark your fingertips on the paper with a pencil.

Then use a tape measure or a ruler for measurement.

Taking into account our measurement table, if your result is between two sizes, consider it safer to opt for the larger one than the smaller one.

If you have doubts about choosing the size, we ask you to pay special attention to the fact that our models are more loose-fitting than tight-fitting.
